By far, the best part of offering a sponsorship program is getting to know other bloggers. The bloggers I have met and have had the good fortune to work with are too many to name. I thoroughly enjoy being able to take a moment and introduce them to you so you can get to know the face and name of the blogger behind their pretty button s on my sidebar. Today I get to introduce you to two social love sponsors.
Brittney is the mom of two little girls (a cheerleader and a future blogger/interviewer at that!). She’s a lover of the outdoors and is currently in the process of unpacking as she just moved into a new home. You could say she is quite busy!
One of my favorite posts by Brittney is this one. Her perspective on things is wonderful land she can take the bad and turn it around and focus on the good. Not everyone can do that or if they can, they often opt not to. I also enjoyed this post regarding working on a holiday.
I began blogging a few years ago because I have a passion for writing and taking pictures. Through blogging, I have connected with some pretty awesome people and it fuels my desire to continue blogging as a creative outlet.
I’m not sure that there would be one particular place that I would jet off to. I would love to travel the world and see everything that it has to offer. I would love getting in an RV and setting out across the US and then from there head to Europe and as cliche as it sounds, backpack throughout the European countryside. I suppose though, if I had to pick one place in particular, I would love to visit New Zealand. From the beautiful scenery, to the culture, and hunting grounds, New Zealand would be an ideal vacation destination!
Lola & Lane is a combination of my daughter’s middle names. My oldest is Willow Lola and my youngest is Lyla Lane, hence the name Lola & Lane.
Hands down, my favorite season is fall. Fall is beautiful, cool, and there are so many exciting things in this season. I’m busy during fall and allows for the excitement to build for the pending holiday season, which leads to my favorite holiday. Thanksgiving! What’s not to love about family, food, and fun? Is it not the best?!
Be you. It’s easy to get caught up in trying to be or emulate someone else. If you generate your own content and are authentic, readers will see that.
Rachael is a twenty-something teacher living in China. Clearly she has a sense of adventure to move across the world and teach. She has fallen in love with traveling and living abroad and shares her stories with her blog readers. She recently started a series called Build a Better Blog that I have thoroughly enjoyed reading. She’s an avid reader as well and just shared her top books of 2015.
One of my favorite posts of hers is this one. Comparison robs us of so much joy and her post reminds us to let go of that. Another favorite? This one. How refreshing it was to read this post and see such a great spin put on it. Loved that!
Honestly, I was bored one day in sorority study tables and since I’ve always liked to write, I decided the time is now to share it! It has morphed into something I did out of boredom to my all-time favorite hobby.
I’m obsessed with traveling. It’s a huge part of my life being an expat, so I am always planning and plotting where I want to go next.
I’m currently lusting after Bali. I’m dreaming about doing yoga there and immersing myself in their culture. I think this dream might be coming true soon!
My blog used to be called Pretty in Pink, but that didn’t fit anything about my life is about, so I changed it to The Rachael Way to represent my fun, quirky personality. Life is just better The Rachael Way 😉
I absolutely love the fall season, and miss living in Ohio to experience the gorgeous fall leaves changing color.
I also love Christmas. Although it’s difficult being away from home, it’s worth it to be able to live my dreams! This year I’ll be going to Japan and I am super pumped!
BE YOURSELF. If you’re authentic, then your voice will follow, and your readers will be able to tell <3 While we all love DIYs and recipes and Pinterest posts, it’s totally awesome when bloggers can share their heart and struggles. That’s the best advice you can give anyone, really!
